I've been recently beginning to lift weights, so far I can curl 30 pounds and bench two 30 pound dumbbells. Grats, bro.
great job brother! keep going, My goal was to be able to bench 100kg from the very beginning. As of 2 months ago I reached my goal and felt incredible. My next goal is to be able to curl 50kg (Im struggling with 30kg right now)
